Our food is made with care using the freshest ingredients from local markets and growers and quality imported meat. We also source organic vegetables including salad greens from a nearby farm in Antigua. All of the produce we serve is disinfected thoroughly. We are very fortunate to have giant shrimp, fresh mahi mahi, snapper & yellowfin (in season) right at our doorstep. Our chef visits the fishing boats early each morning to ensure we have the freshest seafood possible. Enjoy delicacies such as yellowfin tuna or dorado sashimi, mouthwatering ceviche, ocean fresh panfried mahi mahi with toasted almonds in a butter and white wine sauce, jumbo shrimp marinated in ginger and sweet chili sauce, and USDA prime beef cooked to perfection on our Argentine style grill.

After many hours carefully tasting wine we have chosen some outstanding wine with a selection of grape varieties from a range of different countries including Italy, Chile, Argentina and New Zealand for your tasting pleasure.
