Published prices and specials are subject to change without notice. Fuel surcharges may apply.
Payment and Deposit:
A deposit of 50% of your package rate per guest is due 2 weeks after the date of booking. Reservations are subject to cancellation until the full deposit has been received. Outstanding balance must be paid in full 8 weeks before arrival date. Reservations made within 8 weeks of arrival date must be paid in full prior to arrival and within 10 days of booking. Payments received are subject to all terms and conditions. Changes to reservations/itinerary may be subject to additional charges.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
If you cancel your trip after your reservations have been confirmed, we will try to resell your dates. If we are able to do so, you will be refunded payments made minus $150 per person. If we are unable to resell your dates you will lose your deposit. For cancelations 8 weeks before arrival, all payments made are non-refundable. No-shows will not receive a refund. While at the lodge, if you decide not go fishing one day, no refund will be given.
Cancellations due to Weather:
Your safety is our first concern. If the captain decides the boat should not go out, you will receive credit for a day of fishing.
Boats, Captain and Crew:
If for any reason there is a problem with the boat you are booked on, or the captain or a crew member is ill or otherwise unavailable, we will do our utmost to find a substitution.

Travel insurance (recommended)
Tips for the drivers, staff, captain and crew
Lunch on your arrival day
Tours not specifically mentioned in your itinerary
Room tax (must be paid in Guatemala)
Is not included in the rate. Sailfish Oasis highly recommends you purchase travel insurance.
Sailfish Oasis is not responsible for death, injury, loss, damage, delays or cancelations due to accident, quarantine, air-travel, acts of government, acts of God, etc. Payments made to Sailfish Oasis constitute consent to all terms and conditions.
